Online classes will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. via Google Meets/Hangouts. Instead of following regular class times, we have combined each subject into hour-long blocks, i.e., all the English classes meet from 9:00 to 10:00, etc.

Here’s what your students need to do.

Go to their RP Gmail accounts and accept all the invitations to join classes
Log on to classes at the times designated on the schedule below
Complete the work in their Google Classrooms (teachers will guide them through this process)
Turn in their work

Teachers are available to meet with students who need additional help. If your student wants a one-on-one conference, they should email or text this request to their teacher. Attendance will be taken in the Google Classes. Staff will be delivering Chromebooks as needed. If you want a sack lunch delivered, contact Sophie by 9:30 a.m.
